DEDICATED INVENTORY
Let Simcona Electronics seamlessly manage and control your inventory through our Dedicated Inventory System. MRPs or Production Schedules are can be sent directly to your account manager to be reconciled to agreed dedicated stock levels. Let your inventory be managed for you, either from your facility or ours. It is really that simple, once we have established a mutually negotiated supply agreement.
CONSIGNMENT INVENTORY
Consignment Inventory is inventory that is in the possession of you, the customer, but is still owned by Simcona, the supplier. In other words, the Simcona places inventory at your location for immediate use. You purchase the inventory only after you have used or consumed it.
Simcona manages the inventory and maintains an up to date spreadsheet. Invoicing is done on a monthly basis after verification that the inventory has actually been used or consumed.
VMI INVENTORY
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is a streamlined approach to inventory management and order fulfillment. VMI involves collaboration between the customer and Simcona, the supplier. A VMI program changes the traditional ordering process while aligning business objectives and streamlining supply chain operations for both parties.
